1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Arcadia ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Description of Service

Arcadia is a gaming portal that provides access to games. While gameplay is free, interacting with social features (comments) or support systems involves server-side data processing.

3. Third-Party Content & Advertisements

Games on Arcadia are provided and hosted by GameMonetize.com. These games are embedded via iframe and contain their own advertising frameworks (including Google Ads). Arcadia does not control, manage, or profit directly from the individual ads shown within these games. By playing, you acknowledge that these third-party services may display advertisements and track interactions according to their own policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to cheat, hack game mechanics, or post toxic/hateful content. Automated interaction (bots) is strictly prohibited.

5. Virtual Items & Data Loss

XP and coins are stored in your browser's `localStorage`. We are not responsible for progress lost due to cache clearing. Server-side data (comments) is maintained separately.

6. User Identification & Verification

The Service automatically identifies users via IP Address to prevent impersonation. You consent to this identification when using comments or the Support Portal.

7. Communication & Support

Support inquiries are processed via Formspree. Your IP and Arcadia Username are attached server-side to these messages for verification.

8. Data Deletion

You may request a wipe of server-side data (comments/IP associations) via the Support Portal. Verified wipes are permanent.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Arcadia and its creators are not liable for damages, data loss, or third-party content issues.
