1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arcadia ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The Service is provided for free and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Description of Service

Arcadia is a free-to-play online gaming portal. The service does not require user registration. All user progression, including levels, experience points (XP), and virtual currency ("coins"), is stored locally on the user's device via browser storage (`localStorage`).

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the game mechanics.
• Use any automated means, such as bots or scripts, to interact with the Service.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Service or any services, system resources, or networks connected to or accessible through the Service.

4. Virtual Items

The Service may include virtual items, such as themes or boosts, that can be acquired using virtual currency ("coins"). This currency is earned through gameplay. These virtual items are not real-world currency and have no monetary value. All sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Data Loss

Because all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any loss of data, including loss of XP, coins, or unlocked items. Clearing your browser's cache or `localStorage` will result in the permanent deletion of your progress.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arcadia, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
