Local Data: Game progress (XP, Coins) is stored in your browser (`localStorage`) and is not sent to us.

Server Data: We collect IP Addresses and Comment Content strictly for security, identity verification, and community moderation.

3. Third-Party Game Ads (GameMonetize)

Our games are supplied by GameMonetize.com. While Arcadia itself does not run advertisements, the embedded games do. These third-party providers and their partners (such as Google Ads) may collect and use data including:

• IP Addresses and Device Identifiers.
• Browser type and settings.
• Cookies and tracking pixels to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

4. Identity Verification

We use your IP address to verify your "Arcadia Identity." This prevents users from impersonating others in support requests or comment sections.

5. Support Correspondence

We use Formspree for support. When you email us, your email, message, and server-verified IP/Username are sent to Formspree so we can reply to you securely.

6. Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your comments and IP-history. Verification via the Support Portal is required to ensure the requester owns the IP in question.

7. Security

Your data is protected by server-side proxies to prevent tampering. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
